Blessing the Boy

On June 5th we were finally able to bless Tiegan (Under Utah law you have to wait 6 months after an adoption to bless or seal the child to you). Trent was worried that he would be so big and heavy by now that he would have to sit him in a chair to bless him! Luckily he is still small enough to hold. However, his next worry was that he would cry through the whole thing. Because of some clever orchestrating, we were able to get him to sleep just in time. Trent gave him an incredible blessing. We know that Tiegan has such a special reason for being here and we can't wait to see what his mission in life is. Right as Trent said "Amen," Tiegan opened his eyes. It was perfect!
